We have to serve our company or boss with the heart like we serve our Lord. As long as the work we do, do not violate the Bible teaching. We should perform all the best with our heart. But our soul and mind should still be with the Lord. Love the Lord with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind and all your strength. Our Lord will bless us richly. Here this scripture saying, more so we should do, if our boss is a christian, to help them. We are helping other believers who are well loved by God.
1 Timothy 6
1 All slaves should show full respect for their masters so they will not bring shame on the name of God and his teaching. 2 If the masters are believers, that is no excuse for being disrespectful. Those slaves should work all the harder because their efforts are helping other believers[a] who are well loved.
